About Me
I’m a pediatric cardiologist at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, where I care for infants, children and adolescents with congenital and acquired heart conditions. My patients come to me with a range of needs, from congenital heart defects and arrhythmias to evaluations for sports participation and concerns like murmurs, chest pain, fainting, high cholesterol and second opinions.
With expertise in cardiac intensive care and advanced procedures in the Interventional Catheterization Lab, I’m dedicated to providing comprehensive, cutting-edge care. My journey to medicine was shaped by personal challenges, which taught me resilience and gave me a deep commitment to helping others through difficult times. Each day, I’m inspired by the courage and optimism of my young patients, and it’s a privilege to support them in managing their heart health and building bright, healthy futures.
For more than 24 years, I’ve had the honor of caring for young patients in the South Florida community. As a parent, I understand families' concerns, and I strive to ease their worries, educate them about their child’s condition and ensure they feel heard. My goal is to empower both patients and their caregivers, helping them feel informed and confident in making decisions about their care.
