It’s a convenient way to see a doctor when your doctor’s office is closed, you’re too sick or busy to see someone in person, or even when you are traveling.

Do you accept my Insurance?
MemorialDOCNow® is a self-pay virtual care service. The cost per visit is $59.
MemorialDOCNow is a free service for Memorial MMCP and MCHP insurance users.

MemorialDOCNow is not intended for individuals with government-payer programs like Medicare and Medicaid. Memorial Healthcare System is actively working on expanding our service for those with government-payer programs.
How do I start a MemorialDOCNow appointment inside MyChart?

Login to your Memorial MyChart on your desktop or mobile device.

Click on the Menu.  Under the Find Care section of the menu you will find MemorialDOCNow - Virtual Care on Demand.

After answering some questions and signing a few forms you will be placed in line to see the first available provider from our KeyCare partners.

MemorialDOCNow is FREE for Memorial insurance users; the insured will need to provide their member ID during the visit. For Non-Memorial Insurance users, the cost per appointment is $59.

Can I use MemorialDOCNow for my children and spouse?
Yes. Your spouse and any child over the age of 18 should use or create their MyChart accounts to schedule their MemorialDOCNow appointments.

Log in to MyChart, navigate the Menu, and select “MemorialDOCNow - Virtual Care on Demand

For pediatric patients a parent or legal guardian would need to schedule the appointment through their adult MyChart account by choosing the. "MemorialDOCNow - Schedule for someone else"  button on the MyChart Menu.
Can I use my MemorialDOCNow App Login?

The MemorialDOCNow phone app is no longer in service. MemorialDOCNow now lives inside our patient portal, Memorial MyChart.

Your old MemorialDOCNow login won't work in MyChart. You will need to have a Memorial MyChart account for your MemorialDOCNOW appointments.

How can the doctor make a diagnosis online?

Just as in the office, a diagnosis is made based on your visit. For your minor medical conditions, a doctor will review your history and ask you questions. Based on your symptoms and discussion, the doctor will make a diagnosis and recommendation for treatment. The doctor may even prescribe medications if deemed necessary. Prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

 

How do I get proxy access for a minor on MyChart?
Parents, legal guardians and caregivers can access the health information of someone they care for. As a proxy, you can manage appointments for a minor or adult. Visit our MyChart proxy access page to learn the steps to get proxy access.
I got locked out of my Memorial MyChart account. What can I do?
Reset your Memorial MyChart password online.
