Interpreter Services

Being able to communicate with your healthcare team is essential. Effective communication helps you understand your condition and treatment. It also allows you to let your healthcare providers know your needs and preferences.

At Memorial, you have access to foreign language and American Sign Language interpreter services 24 hours a day.

Special Needs Services

Memorial provides support for people who have a disability or impairment. Our accessibility and special needs services include alternate call systems to signal nursing staff. We also provide large-button phones and phones for the speech and hearing-impaired.

Service Animals

Animals can help people with disabilities live independently. They can also provide companionship and ease mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.
