Career Ladder – If you go above and beyond in your Clinical Laboratory practice, you’ll have opportunities to learn and grow through our clinical ladder. You’ll be able to elevate your professionalism, clinical skills, education, experience, certification, and leadership, as well as participate in special projects. Clinical Laboratory Technologists are hired in at Level I (0-2 years of experience) or Level II (greater than two years of experience). Upon meeting the minimum requirements, you’ll have the opportunity to achieve a Level III or Level IV.
