Education Assistance – We provide tuition reimbursement, scholarships for students currently enrolled in NAACLS-accredited programs, and the courses and classes you’ll need for your new role and to help you continue to grow.

Specialty Certification – We promote and financially support learning and specialty certifications for our Clinical Laboratory Technologists. You can hold specialty certifications in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Molecular Biology, Cytometry, etc. These specialized certifications allow you to grow into advanced technical roles as well as act as a subject-matter expert for training and mentoring new Clinical Laboratory Technologists and Clinical Laboratory Technologist students.

Electronic Learning Management System – We offer free, computer-based training courses via our electronic learning management system (LMS). You can register and complete courses for personal and professional development. Memorial also offers robust leadership development programs in which communication skills, emotional intelligence, and many other leadership skills are taught and refined. We offer free continuing education courses throughout the year to help meet ongoing requirements.

Live Classes – We host many free, live continuing education classes and educational events throughout our healthcare system.

Career Ladder – If you go above and beyond in your Clinical Laboratory practice, you’ll have opportunities to learn and grow through our clinical ladder. You’ll be able to elevate your professionalism, clinical skills, education, experience, certification, and leadership, as well as participate in special projects. Clinical Laboratory Technologists are hired in at Level I (0-2 years of experience) or Level II (greater than two years of experience). Upon meeting the minimum requirements, you’ll have the opportunity to achieve a Level III or Level IV. We also offer education and training to open opportunities such as a Lead, Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor, Manager, or Director.

Radiologic Technologist

  • Education Assistance – We'll provide tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and the courses and classes you need for your new role and to help you continue to grow.
